Refund Policy

At SatiHotu, we strive for harmony in every experience. Our Refund Policy, aligned with the Consumer Protection Code, reflects our commitment to transparency and care in situations involving returns and refunds.

1. Refund Conditions

• Deadline: You can request a refund within 7 calendar days after receiving the product, in case of defect or error in the order (e.g.: item different from the one requested).

• Product Condition: The item must be returned in its original packaging, with no signs of use, accompanied by the invoice.

• Fragile Products: Some items, such as decorative pieces or art, require special packaging due to their fragility, as indicated in the product description.

• "As Is" Products: Our products are sold "as is". For issues after 7 days, please contact our team at hotusati@gmail.com for evaluation.

2. Refund Process

• Request: Contact us by email at hotusati@gmail.com , providing the order number, a description of the problem and photos that demonstrate the defect or error.

• Returns: Our team will guide you on how to send the product via Correios or JadLog. Shipping costs for returns due to defects or errors are covered by SatiHotu; in other cases, they are the customer's responsibility.

• Analysis and Refund: After receiving the product, we will evaluate the request within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method (credit card, Pix or boleto) within 10 business days, depending on bank processing.

3. Ineligible Cases

• Refunds will not be granted for products without defects or errors after the 7-day period, unless exceptionally assessed by the team.

• Damage caused by misuse or improper transportation by the customer is not eligible for reimbursement.
