1. Acceptance of Terms
Use of the website satihotu.com.br, operated by SatiHotu (CNPJ 60.731.100/0001-10), headquartered in São Paulo, SP, implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as our privacy and shipping policies. We may update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website indicates your agreement to the current versions.
2. Shopping

• Order Confirmation: To confirm an order, payment must be made in full, via credit card, Pix or boleto, as available on the website. Prices may change without prior notice until the purchase is finalized.

• Cancellation and Change: Orders can be changed or canceled up until the beginning of processing (48 hours after purchase). After that, contact us by email at hotusati@gmail.com to check options, according to our exchange and return policy.

• Cancellation by SatiHotu: We may cancel orders due to violation of these terms, payment issues, product unavailability or duplicate orders. You will be notified by email with the reasons and, if applicable, refund instructions.

3. Exchanges and Returns
We follow the Consumer Protection Code. For exchanges or returns due to defects or errors in the order, contact us within 7 calendar days after receipt, by email hotusati@gmail.com, with the order number and photos of the problem. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, with the invoice. Shipping costs for returns due to defects are covered by SatiHotu; in other cases, they are the customer's responsibility. Products are sold as is; subsequent problems should be consulted with our team.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Our deliveries are made with care, via Correios or JadLog. The shipping time is up to 3 business days, unless otherwise indicated in the product description. Delivery times vary by location and may be affected by external factors. Track your order with the tracking code provided. In case of delays or loss, contact us by email at hotusati@gmail.com with the order number. Some fragile products require special packaging, as indicated.
5. Registration
Purchases can be made as a guest or by registering. If you choose to create an account, provide true and up-to-date information (name, email, CPF, etc.). The password is personal and non-transferable; keep it safe. We do not share your data with third parties, except to process purchases or comply with legal obligations. The CPF is required to issue an invoice.
6. Conduct
By using our website, you agree to:
